Florida AFL-CIO Biennial Convention

Sisters and Brothers,

The postponed 2017 FL AFL-CIO Biennial Convention has been rescheduled! The event has been moved to Saturday, December 16th & Sunday, December 17th, 2017. The Florida AFL-CIO Executive Board will meet in conjunction with the convention on Friday, December 15th.

We are working with the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace again to secure hotel rooms and meeting space. We will provide details on making your room reservations as soon as they are available. We can tell you that the room rate will not change and will remain $129.00/night.

We will carryover all credentials that were received and processed for the postponed September event. More information on convention registrations will be coming to you soon.

While we understand that these days are close to the holidays, this was the only weekend in Orlando where a union hotel could accommodate our group with such short notice.

Please hold your convention questions as we are still working out details and will forward necessary information as available.
